🔁 EXCHANGE POLICY – NAARRI
We take utmost care to deliver products that meet your expectations. Every item goes through strict quality checks before dispatch.
Size Exchange Eligibility

Exchange is available for domestic orders only.

We offer size exchange only (no return/refund).

Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

Exchange request must be raised within 2 days of delivery via email at shopnaarri@gmail.com

Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered valid reasons.

Exchange is subject to size availability.
Exchange Process

A ₹150 processing fee per item will be charged (reverse pickup & handling).

Reverse pickup will be arranged within 24-48 hours after approval.

After product inspection, the replacement will be dispatched within 3–7 working days.

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

If the requested size is unavailable, a original payment method or credit note (valid for 30 days) will be issued.

Discount vouchers once used are non-refundable and non-reusable.
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY – NAARRI

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.

If a prepaid order is cancelled after dispatch, the forward shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount (if applicable) will be refunded.

For prepaid cancellations (before dispatch), the refund may be issued to:

Original payment method, or
-
Store credit (as per case)

If NAARRI an order due to unavailability or any issue, a full refund will be processed.
💰 REFUND POLICY – NAARRI

We do not offer refunds once the product is delivered.

Refunds are only applicable in case of:

Damaged product

Defective item

Wrong item delivered

An unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

Once approved:

Refund will be processed to the original payment method or store credit.

Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
