  • Orders below ₹1499/- will attract applicable shipping and COD charges.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your city and location.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, sales, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays.

  • In such cases, we will keep you informed via SMS or email.

Receiving Your Order

To ensure a smooth resolution in case of any issues:

  • Please record an unboxing video and take clear time-stamped photos within 24 hours of delivery.

  • If your package appears damaged or tampered, do not accept it.

  • Share images/videos along with your order number with our support team for quick assistance.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email.
You can use this link to track your order in real time.

❌ ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • In case of exceptional requests for prepaid orders after dispatch, the forward shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount (if applicable) will be refunded.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

  • In certain cases, refunds may be issued as original payment method or store credit (credit note).

  • Credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • They can be used once on our official website.
